TIER 1 or 2 DESKTOP / APPLICATION SUPPORT

 

Top Must Have Skills:
  • Provide technical assistance (in person, remote desktop, phone or email) for user issues related to both hardware and software.
  • Identify and resolve or escalate technical problems with desktop, notebooks, mobile devices, printers, software, hardware, and other systems.
  • Industry certifications in technology a big plus (CompTIA A+, MTA, MCSE, MCSA).
  • Experience in administering cloud technologies such as Microsoft O365, SharePoint Online, deploying, supporting, and managing Windows OS, Microsoft Office, mobile devices, and common mainstream desktop apps, with a focus on supporting end users.
  • Ability to work independently as required.
